The Social League is made up of players young
and old, male and female, from beginners to professionals.
The 2012 Social League consists of 7
teams. They meet up on Monday Nights at the King Club Squash and Racquet
Ball complex for a more friendly game.
A prize giving is held at the end of
each year with several awards given away for the team and individual winners
and runners up.
There are also
several 'fun awards', including 'Most Sociable Player' and the
'Soul-Searcher' of the year, etc.
The Soul-Searchers Club is
there for those players who, on the night, do not deliver of their best and
lose 0-3 to their opponent. The winner is the player who most often
has this misfortune.
The weekly Social League results
are published in the local community newspaper, the Bugle and are also now
available on the website.
